Being able to experience the essence of Newport within minutes of leaving the motel was an absolute delight. Another aspect that truly impressed me was the comfort of the beds. I had a hot shower, clean room and comfortable bed. The women at the desk were very nice. The location was great for where I needed to be. The reviews made me expect a lot worse. You can even walk to the Newport Craft Brewery and Distillery if you want a nightcap after touring mansions. Less than $10 lyft ride to downtown. $20 to mansions (in october)... saves on parking & traffic.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel the staff is nice and very accommodating to the guest needs and they are very pet friendly. The location is awesome and very close to everything you need as far as restaurants and shopping they even have a laundromat right next to the hotel for guest staying longer than a few nights totally worth the stay
